Audi R8 Spyder Wheel Retrim

This Audi R8 Spyder came to d:class for a steering wheel and gear selector retrim. Our customer didn't like the OEM Audi wheel as the perforated leather was not to their taste. After visiting our HQ and exploring options, the decision was made for black Alcantara and OEM red Audi stitching. The OEM wheels have a 'Baseball' stitch style, which our customer also didn't like, so they have opted for the popular 'link' stitch.

With the new Alcantara trim and stitching complete, the interior now feels far more tailored to the owner's personal taste while retaining an OEM+ appearance. The black Alcantara adds a more premium, tactile finish, while the red stitching adds a little bit of spice to the inteiror. By retrimming both the steering wheel and gear selector, we transformed the driving experience with a subtle yet highly effective upgrade that looks right at home in the R8's cabin.

AC Cobra MK IV Full Restoration

This AC Cobra is another full interior retrim completed as part of a vehicle restoration collaboration with Redline Engineering . This is the second project we have recently carried out in partnership with Neil and his team, and the specification for this one is truly something special. The customer requested a tan Connolly leather, and after working closely with both them and Neil from Redline, we settled on Parkside Caramel nappa leather. It was an incredible choice, the super smooth finish and rich colour work perfectly with the Guardsman Blue metallic paint. We then needed a carpet that complemented the leather equally well, so a biscuit-coloured carpet from Boyriven was selected. New dials and gauges were installed, alongside new seat harnesses.
