Interior Retrims
Retrims are our core service at d:class, where we are known globally for our work, with many cars coming from abroad for retrim work. We work on some of the world's most exclusive hypercars and treasured classics at the highest level within our industry.
What is retrimming? It ranges from full interior retrim projects to repairs on your seats. Steering wheel retrims, dashboards, seats, carpets, and all the other trimmable items in between. We listen to what our customers request, understand the briefs, order materials, and use our craftsmanship and attention to detail to exceed our customers' expectations.
We pride ourselves on the longevity of our retrims, with many customers visiting us after 5, 10, 15 years, with our work still looking incredible.
Restorations
We are period correct perfectionists here at d:class. All our interior restorations are created using classic and contemporary methods, accompanied by only the finest materials sourced from around the world. Our experienced trimmers and fabricators will go above and beyond to create you a flawless finish, which often is better than factory. We go the extra mile to recreate your interior, often replicating very minor details such as factory seat perforations using our CNC machine, or even 3D printing parts that can no longer be acquired.
We cater for all aspects of classic vehicle interiors including: seats, carpets, steering wheels, door cards, headliners, seat belts, sound deadening etc. We also have vast stocks of OEM materials on-site, including one of the largest selections of genuine Mercedes-Benz classic materials in the UK.

Research & Development
We continually grow and adapt to an ever-changing world and understand that the details and finish that is required by d:class should always be of the highest standards and as our customers expect. We continue to invest in the most state-of-the-art machinery to help push d:class automotive and our clients to the forefront of bespoke interior options and advanced design ideas. This has caught the eye of certain manufacturers who rely heavily on d:class for advice and development with prototype projects across a range of models, many of which are currently in production.
d:class pride themselves on attention to detail and face challenges from different perspectives to most. This has led to a recent influx in work with material developers offering new and exciting products to the automotive industry.
Fabrication
We are proud to offer decades of fabrication experience alongside our expert trim work here at d:class HQ. Our in-house fabricators work tirelessly to create hand made bespoke pieces from wood, metal and fibreglass resin. We create all door woods from scratch and also manufacture OEM+ improvements for many modern day vehicles such as our d:class cupholder armrest on the Audi R8 models. Classic vehicles often suffer from door wood warping due to damp or water ingress overtime. We offer a door wood replacement service with our interior restorations and can also add these to any door cards where the factory trim is still salvageable.

Photo Renders
We understand that specifying your retrim can be a hard decision, especially when there's a limitless amount of colour and material combinations. So, to make things a little easier we can offer our photo rendering services, helping you visualise your ideas into reality.
We photograph/scan samples of materials selected to ensure the most accurate visual representation of your spec as possible. We can photograph your vehicle for high resolution "base" images for the renders, like the Porsche 928 here, or work with provided images.
This is a service growing in popularity, regularly completing photo renders for our confidential clients interior restorations.
