Established in 2005 with a wealth of experience in the automotive industry. We introduce to you, d:class auto stitch; CNC perforation and stitching enable us to truly go above and beyond anything we have ever done before. We can create all manner of designs with this technology. There is no challenge too big or small and we dedicate our utmost energy to every project we undertake.

Custom CNC Designs

Our own design team produces all of the patterns for our specialised designs. We have a sizable selection of designs available, but if you have a specific design in mind or even just an idea, we can work with you to create a fresh, personalised design.

OEM CNC Designs

Our OEM designs are recreations of manufacturer stitch and perforation patterns. They are measured and recreated by our design team to ensure a finish that is identical to the manufacturer's specifications. We measure stitch sizes, stitch thickness, and the angles and curves of a design. For perforations, we have an array of hole punch sizes to cover all the common perforation requests. Alternatively, if there is no base to start from, our knowledgeable admin team can research the correct specifications.
